3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 Event Bookings and Product Purchases
All event bookings and product purchases must be made via our website or partner websites. A booking or purchase will then be confirmed via email once we have received the payment.
3.2 Cancellations and refunds
If your event is rescheduled or changed, Brighton Cocktail Experiences will give you the option of retaining your ticket, rescheduling to another event, or alternatively claiming a full refund.
In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by us, you will be refunded in full.
Refunds are not eligible for Brighton Cocktail Festival, unless they are cancelled by us.
3.3 Complaints
Brighton Cocktail Experiences pride ourselves on first class customer service. If in any way you are unhappy during an event, please let a member of the team know. In the unlikely event you are still unhappy, please email us at cheers@brightoncocktailexperiences.com stating the problems you incurred, and they will certainly be addressed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Event Terms
4.1 Event and tour requirements
Please read all the terms and conditions that apply to the festival.
Wear appropriate clothing and shoes. Brighton weather can be unpredictable, and the festival involves walking to different venues.
The festival will go ahead in all weather and will only be cancelled if the weather is severe and not safe.
Please take care when crossing roads or when walking, especially if the ground is wet or slippery.
4.2 Event Timings and Locations
All event locations and timings will be confirmed on the Brighton Cocktail Festival website.
The event locations and timings are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated online.
If you are unaware of how to get to any location, then please ask for directions and we will happily provide you with them.
4.3 Alcohol Policy
Brighton Cocktail Festival is strictly for people aged 18 and over, and therefore alcohol will only be served to individuals over the legal drinking age of 18 years.
Please ensure you bring a form of ID to prove you are of legal drinking age.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is over-intoxicated or fails to provide valid identification proving their age.
4.4 Your Possessions
We are not liable for any of your personal possessions. You are in charge of your own possessions, so please take care of these.
4.5 Photography
Photographs and video footage may be taken during events for promotional purposes. These images may be used online or in printed matter. If you do not want images of you or your party to be used, please let us know in writing in advance of the tour.
5. Liability
5.1 Limitation of Liability
Brighton Cocktail Experiences will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We are also not responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by event guests or external factors beyond our control.
5.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms due to events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, or public health emergencies.
5.3 Indemnity
Brighton Cocktail Experiences may hold you liable for any loss, expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or incurred by reason of any claims, demands, actions that arise as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions. This indemnity shall not apply to the extent any such claim or demand or action arises as a result of the Company’s breach of these terms and conditions.
